Cadets are guided and supported by Wire Industries senior staff, helping build upon the skill sets developed throughout their tertiary learning. Our Cadets are exposed to all different aspects of our business in different departments to gain understanding of our business practices. In the course of training, our cadets will be exposed to a wide range of commercial and industrial projects helping fine tune their skills across building construction technologies while developing a better understanding of various concrete reinforcement structures. Working under a senior team member, each cadet will be guided in the use of our industry specific rebar program.
Junior Schedulers are further exposed to all facets of reinforcing steel project from early planning work to concrete construction completion. Through applied project exposure, Junior Schedulers gain a detailed understanding of structural elements, preparation of rebar schedule and marking plans. Under the guidance of our Senior Schedulers, Junior Schedulers will begin to take on projects, starting from popular residential house jobs to multi-levels walk-up residential buildings. Junior Schedulers will be able to refine and demonstrate their skills in reinforcement steel detailing.
The range of projects will be further extended for our Schedulers, offering a more challenging and rewarding scope of work. Gain extensive knowledge on reinforcing steel detailing as well as the latest construction technology and methodology through working on a wide variety of concrete structures across the commercial and residential building sectors. Your project list will include high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, wind and solar farms and mining projects. Working under the Senior Scheduler, Schedulers are responsible for estimates, contract administration, project liaison and project management for the construction stage of a project’s lifecycle.
